Suite Sizes
One-bedroom suites range from about 75 to 95 square metres across executive and grand categories, in four configurations. Two-bedroom suites measure 151 square metres, and three-bedroom units reach about 200 square metres.
The developer says it is targeting professionals, families, diaspora purchasers, local investors and corporate relocation clients.
The Founding 40 release
Early buyers can access the Founding 40, a first release of 40 suites at an initial pricing tier ahead of later releases. The project’s positioning centres on the line “In Harmony with what matters,” reflecting its focus on liveability and usable space in a dense urban neighbourhood.
